FDPL's meeting rooms are for library programs and events, and civic, cultural, educational, and informational meetings. They are available for use during hours the library is open but meetings must start 1/2 hour after the library opens and end 1/2 hour before the library closes. Priority for room use is given to library programs. Reservations may be made up to six months in advance. Certain restrictions apply, such as no private parties or for-profit ventures. Food and drink are allowed, but clean up is required and rooms must be returned to their original state. The library is not liable for accidents or losses during room use. Rooms are free of charge and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. All meetings are subject to FDPL’s meeting room policy.
